By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Products and Orders

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of products purchased and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in product information, or problems with your account.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars and do not include the delivery cost. If you choose to pay in Lebanese pounds, the amount is converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout. The delivery cost is added to your order total and shown before you confirm your order.

Depending on the options offered at checkout for your order, you can pay with:

• Whish Money, paid from your Whish account, including bank transfer via Whish
• Cash on delivery, available for orders up to a limit shown at checkout
• Your store account balance, including credit from gift cards you have redeemed, when it covers the order

We do not accept card payments on our website; card payments are accepted only in our branches. By choosing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use it.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered by our delivery partner, iCarry. The delivery cost depends on your delivery address and your order, and is shown at checkout before you confirm. We can only deliver to the cities and countries offered at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship products according to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Returns policy.

5. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

All sales are final: we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If there is a delivery problem or a product defect, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to help. The full policy is on our Returns page. By making a purchase, you agree to that policy.

Warranty depends on the product and its manufacturer. Contact our support team for the warranty that applies to a specific product.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to our website are protected by applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, reproducing, republishing, or distributing any content from our website is strictly prohibited without our express written permission.
