The workflow

More than a print. A complete production workflow.

Behind every finished object is a full process — preparing the design, printing it well, scanning where needed, inspecting the result, and guiding the project from idea to a part you can hold.

  • 01Digital preparationFiles reviewed and set up for a clean print.

3D scanning

Scan it. Recreate it. Improve it.

A physical object can be captured digitally and turned into a model you can reproduce, adapt, or build on — closing the loop between the things you already have and the things you want to make.

  • Reproduction

Recreate an existing object as a printable digital model.

  • Fit checks

Verify how a part sits, mates, or fits before committing to a print.

  • Design reference

Use captured geometry as an accurate base for new design work.

  • Replacement concepts

Rebuild worn or missing parts from the surviving original.

  • Modification

Adapt and improve a captured shape to change how it works or fits.

  • Archiving

Preserve a physical object as a digital record you can revisit.

Process

From idea to a part you can hold.

01

Share the idea

Send a model, drawing, photo, reference, or description of what you want to create.

02

Technical review

We review geometry, scale, finish, quantity, and intended use to plan the print.

03

Print & inspect

We prepare, manufacture, and check the result before it leaves the workshop.

04

Project handoff

We finalize the product and coordinate collection or the available delivery method.

Questions

Before you send a project.

We support a wide range of materials for both functional and decorative applications:

  • PLA — prototypes, models, displays, and general-purpose parts
  • PETG — stronger parts with improved heat and moisture resistance
  • ABS and ASA — durable technical parts and outdoor applications
  • TPU — flexible components, protective parts, seals, and grips
  • Resin — highly detailed models, miniatures, and smooth surface finishes

Specialty materials may also be available depending on the project. We recommend the most suitable material based on the part's purpose, required strength, flexibility, temperature exposure, environment, and budget.
